SHORT TERM RENTAL

+ How close are you to DOWNTOWN (Broadway, Music Row, etc)?

We are the closest established neighborhood to downtown, in arguably the BEST neighborhood of all of Nashville. Just two miles to Broadway (where all the music happen), one mile to Vanderbilt, Belmont, Music Row (where they record, not perform), and just blocks to many cool restaurants, bars, vintage stores, and more.

+ Do we need to bring anything?

YES! Bring your best pair of cowboy boots and your toothbrush and we will provide the rest! All houses come with towels, linens, kitchen equipment, dishware, glasses, irons, ironing board, blowdryers and more. If you're in need of something, just call us and we'll get it there as quickly as we can.

+ Do you offer early check in and/or late check out?

A: Because we stay booked up most of the year, we are rarely able to offer different times than listed for check in/out. If you need additional time, please contact us the week of arrival to check availability. Extra charges may apply - we may have to pay to reschedule our cleaning team.

+ Can I leave luggage at the house before/after check in/out?

Unfortuantley, our cleaners do not have insurance to protect against damaged or missing personal items. They will not work around any items left by guests. With our homes being in such high demand, we have to keep our cleaning teams on schedule as closely as possible.

+ Why can't I see the calendar?

Our availability changes rapidly and we manage multiple calendars. Also, in the event that the property you want is booked, we may be able to work with the scheduled guests to relocate them to another property. In order to ensure that you get the most accurate information possible, we ask that you request the dates you are interested in and we will respond within 24 hours.

+ What's the application process?

Please contact us directly using the Contact button in the top right corner of this website. The application process involves a background check. First month, last month and a full month's security deposit are due at lease signing.

+ Do you have other properties?

Yes, we have several other properties. We don't advertise all of our properties online because availability changes frequently. Also, we work with multiple landlords in town to help qualified tenants find a property if one of our homes isn't right for you.
