LOCATION

There are several different areas in Nashville and some are better than others.  We carefully selected the location of our homes to make sure that they are central to multiple areas of interest in Nashville - Downtown, 12South, Green Hills, Franklin, and more!  Before you book, check to make sure that you're close to more than just Downtown!

STYLE

There are generally two types of vacation rentals.  There are those homes that hosts live in and turn over to you for a short period of time and then there are homes that are built with the specific intent of being a vacation rental.  Our homes are the latter.  Each home has been specifically built or renovated with our guests' needs in mind and a specific style based on luxury, comfort and relaxation.  You can tell the difference.  

SERVICE

With over 200+ five star reviews across Andrady Homes properties, we take a great deal of pride in the level of service we provide.  If something you need is not available in your vacation rental, we can generally get it to you from one of the others.  We're also happy to help with all special requests - be it a few restaurant recommendations or arranging a private chef.
