Historic charm combined with a modern twist.
6 BR, 4 BA. Nicknamed from its massive size, this house boast some of the biggest rooms you have ever seen. The closets were so big that the design team made room to build additional sleeping nooks. Keeping historic integrity in mind, the original hardwood floors, fireplaces, trim and doors were preserved but everything else is brand new! Big Roy was completely gutted to the studs in 2012 and renovated with the intent of maintaining it's history while modernizing the layout. Even the closets have been updated to include cozy sleeping nooks for additional sleeping space. Our larger groups rave at the comfort of the floor plan, the proximity to downtown, and the impeccable design.
"a no brainer"
“We stayed in this AMAZING house...and could not have been more impressed by the cleanliness, room, layout and over all style of it. Autumn is also the best host I have ever had when renting a house. If you have any question whether or not to stay here....case closed. It's a no brainer."

"Can't say enough about it"
“My old college roommates and I stayed for an annual reunion...while we enjoyed everything about Nashville, we always said at the end of the evening "let's go back home". We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to be there longer! This house and area are a gem!! The house sleeps many people, but feels cozy too. I can't say enough about it!”

"zero complaints!"
“I hosted my cousins bachelorette party with 16 girls! The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own bed - then some. Everyone loved the house and walking around exploring the house and finding their bedrooms. I was anxious about having this many girls - and it was a wonderful experience! I have zero complaints...”
